Write or speak an affirmation, choose a goal and a voice (a natural narrator or your own cloned voice), and the app generates narrated audio paced for that goal and mixed under a continuous frequency bed. A daily practice is built around journaling, listening streaks, guided multi-day journeys, and curated sleep sessions, with a personal library you can save for offline listening. Plans range from a free tier to Starter ($9/mo) and Creator ($19/mo). All audio is AI-generated on demand; the product makes no medical or therapeutic claims.
